We want you to love your BlinkGood experience. If a product isn't quite right, we're here to help resolve it.

Easy 30-day returns with free return shipping within the US and no restocking fees. We stand behind our products with a straightforward return process.

How to Start a Return

Ready to return something? We've made it simple:

Contact us first through our support page

Include your order details – your order number or receipt helps us locate your purchase quickly

Tell us what happened (optional) – whether it's damaged, not what you expected, or you'd just like to try something different

Once we review your request (typically 1-3 business days), we'll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package. Please don't send items back without contacting us first – we won't be able to process unrequested returns.

30-Day Return Window

Please initiate and ship your return within 30 days of delivery.

Note: Some carrier return labels may automatically expire after 14 days of being issued. If it's been more than 14 days since you received the label and still within the 30 day return window, just reach out to us through our support page and we’ll gladly provide a new one.

Return Condition Requirements

To ensure we can process your return smoothly, items should be complete with all components, packaging, and material.

Bundle and Multi-Item Returns

If you purchased a bundle or promotional multi-item product, you may return individual components. In such cases, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the standard (non-bundle) price of the items you keep, based on the pricing at the time of your original order. If returning part of a bundle reduces your order below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Discounts, promotional codes, and special offers have no cash value and are not transferable.

Third-Party Retailer Purchases

This Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through blinkgood.com. If you purchased BlinkGood products through an authorized retailer, your return and refund rights are governed by that retailer's policies. Please contact the retailer directly for assistance.

Event & Pop-Up Purchases

Products purchased directly from BlinkGood at pop-up shops, events, or markets are covered by the same 30-day return policy described above. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. All returns must still be initiated through our support page; we are unable to process returns at the event location itself. Refunds for event purchases will be issued to the original payment method used at the event. If your purchase was made through an event partner or third-party retailer, their return and refund policy will apply.

Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping for all approved returns. Free return shipping applies to orders within the United States. International returns may be subject to additional costs.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Where possible, returns may be consolidated or processed in the most sustainable way available. BlinkGood is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit if the provided return label is not used.

Privacy Notice for Written Materials

We welcome returns on journals and notebooks because we want you to find the right tools for your practice. However, if you've written personal information in returned items, please know that you're returning them at your own discretion regarding any personal content.

Returned items may be handled by various parties in our fulfillment process, donated, recycled, or disposed of as needed. We cannot guarantee confidentiality of personal information written in returned items after they leave your possession. We encourage you to remove or cover any sensitive personal details before returning written materials.

What We Can't Accept Back

While we're flexible with most returns, some items can't come back to us for safety and practical reasons:

·      Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

·      Custom or personalized items made specifically for you

·      Personal care products (beauty items, hygiene products)

·      Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)

·      Digital products (downloadable content, quiz results, virtual services) – these cannot be returned once accessed

·      Gift cards

·      Final sale items (as marked at time of purchase) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by law

Damaged or Defective Items

Received something that doesn't look right? Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Our approach to making it right:

Individual card issues: May be eligible for replacement through our Care Promise Policy

Product defects: We'll provide replacement components when possible (like a new deck box or specific damaged cards) rather than requiring return of the entire product

Significant damage: Full product replacement or refund as appropriate

Full replacement: If you prefer a complete replacement, we'll honor that within 30 days of delivery

This approach lets you keep using your BlinkGood products while we resolve any issues, and it's better for our planet too. We'll work with you to find the right solution.

Defect claims must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, defective items (or components) must be returned within 14 days of receiving return instructions. Claims not completed within this timeframe may be closed. After 30 days, defect claims may still be reviewed under the Limited Product Warranty (Section 9 of our Terms of Service).

Exchanges

The quickest way to get exactly what you want is to return your current item and place a new order for what you'd prefer. This ensures you get the fastest shipping on your new selection.

Partial Refunds/Individual Components

Within single products (such as individual cards from The Blink Deck™), we do not issue partial refunds for components. If a specific component is defective (e.g., a misprint), we'll make it right under our Care Promise Policy with a replacement component, closest-match edition, or upgrade option. If these solutions don't work for you, you're welcome to return the full product within our 30-day return policy.

International Returns

European Union customers: You have the right to return your order within 14 days (minimum by law). As part of our policy, we extend this to 30 days.

All international customers: Please contact us before returning anything internationally – we'll help coordinate the most efficient process.

Products can be returned only in the country where purchased unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Most returns are processed quickly, and you'll hear from us within a few business days.

Refunds include the full purchase price plus any applicable taxes paid. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds for international purchases will be issued in U.S. dollars. Exchange rates and fees are determined by your payment provider.

Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please reach out to us at our support page – we're here to help track things down.

Gifts

If you received a BlinkGood product as a gift, refunds are issued only to the original purchaser's payment method.
