At BlinkGood, we believe that clarity matters — not just in life, but in the way we deliver your orders. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, timeframes, and policies.
Free Domestic Shipping On Orders $70+
We’re happy to offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic (U.S.) orders for order value $70+ (calculated before taxes and shipping fees). We ship out of our office in Los Angeles, CA.
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping (Optional Upgrade): 2-3 Business Days (Rates calculated at checkout)
International Shipping
We're beginning with U.S. shipping as we thoughtfully expand worldwide. Your patience means everything as we bring BlinkGood to more communities.
Once available:
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination & carrier.
- Shipping times vary depending on location, customs & local delivery services.
- Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees.
- International orders may require customs documentation
Processing Times
- Most orders are processed the same business day when placed before 3:00 PM PT (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after this time or on weekends are processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
- Preorders or special releases may have different processing times, which will be noted on the product page.
Every order is prepared with care and we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. We can't wait for you to start your BlinkGood journey.
Peak Season Notice: During holidays and high-demand periods, processing may take 1-2 additional business days. We'll communicate any delays proactively.
Special Releases: Limited editions and pre-orders may have extended processing times, clearly noted on the product page.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s website.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to update your address, email us immediately at support@blinkgood.com or via the Contact Us form — we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Undeliverable Orders: BlinkGood isn't responsible for packages lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages left per delivery instructions
- Theft after successful delivery
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If your order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect address provided
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept delivery
We'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second delivery attempt.
Missing or Damaged Packages: Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you and our carriers to resolve the issue promptly.
Weather & Unexpected Delays
While rare, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times. We'll notify you of any significant delays and work with carriers to minimize impact.
